Did anyone catch his speech yesterday at a California electric car plant. He compared the gas mileage of a 1908 Model T Ford to a modern suv. For one they weigh about 3600 lbs apart one is a truck one is a car. It would be like comparing a moped to a full dressed 1200 Harley Davidson in gas mileage the little moped will be better it has alot less weight to pull. The more President Obama speaks the more you realize how ignorant he really is.

You go back to the early 80s 1982 there was 104 cars and few small pickups that got over 30 and 40 mpg. We are building lighter cars and trucks then even by 1982 standards and yet the mileage is dropping is it all the EPA standards driving down gas mileage? Im shocked to see the list from 1982.There was 14 cars that had over 50 mpg on highway.
